I first became interested in Hypnotherapy several years ago when I started studying towards a psychology degree. I studied Hypnotherapy at the 'Belmont Hypnotherapy Centre' in Ramsgate, Kent where I passed with honours. I have gained a Hypnotherapy Practitioner diploma with the NCFE (National awarding body) - the only nationally recognised qualification for Hypnotherapy at the time in the UK. In 2004 I became an NLP Practitioner after having trained with Paul McKenna and Dr Richard Bandler. In the same year, I trained with Dr Roger Callahan to obtain my TFT Diagnostic qualification. More recently I have gained an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling through the Matrix College of Counselling and Psychotherapy and a BSc (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling accredited by Middlesex University. I have most recently completed a Postgraduate certificate in CBT and Mindfulness.
